conversation with Josh Brooks, who was named the J. Reid Parker
Director of Athletics at the University of Georgia. This time last
year, Josh was a featured guest on the podcast as he shared his
leadership journey working on staffs led by the likes of Nick
Saban, Jimbo Fisher, and Mark Richt. Additionally, in recent years,
he has worked closely with Kirby Smart through his role as the
sport facilitator for Georgia football. Josh has learned many
lessons along his journey and now finds himself leading one of the
